I wrote a snippet of something that probably won't be usable, but... I'm still in moving-anxiety phase (found out recently the place we signed a lease on -- to move in next week! -- suddenly wasn't available anymore, so had to hurry & find something else). So I'm pleased I wrote anything at all.

I don't tend to get attracted to a fandom for a pairing, but I tend to develop interest in pairings as I get further into a fandom. I do tend to write the same pairings (or relationships: one of mine's an OT3) frequently but then branch out: sometimes someone leaves a prompt that makes me consider a pairing I'd never thought of before, or I do a prompt that's not a pairing I usually ship, just to challenge myself, & end up liking it a lot.

Sorry to hear about the housing snafu...hope it all works out. I'd be freaking out.

Thank you! Yes, we were freaking out on Wednesday (when I found this out) -- we've signed a lease on a different place, which will hopefully work out... ^^;;; What happened w/the flat we were supposed to get was that the current tenant has stated that she refuses to leave! (So they can do legal action but in the meantime we still wouldn't be able to live there) Amazing what jerks people can be. :P Though the place we got instead is nicer, so... assuming nothing like that happens, maybe a blessing in disguise...

Fingers crossed that moving will go fine in the end. It's lucky you found something on such short notice, too.
