Sorry missed Monday and yesterday, I crashed after work and for some reason the longer shift were more tiring than normal for me. How is the writing going today? What about the last couple of days?

I've done that one a few times just because it can be fun to explore what characters are like away from whatever setting they're usually in and most of have my fandoms have a wee bit of leeway for this too.

Slow going just now, hopefully the waking night I'm doing tomorrow night will give me a little time to finish something that's almost done during the quieter times through the night. As long as I complete the checklist/planner and go to residents when door alarms activate it's doable.

I plan on having characters sitting around drinking very soon, in this chapter or the next. It helps make up for my not being able to drink as much as I used to (for a lot of reasons).

I just got back from an appointment so I'm trying to get some momentum going to start writing. Not really feeling it today, but I expect to get back into the groove eventually.

I have had characters hanging out drinking together a few times. One time in particular it served as a good way of introducing a flashback, other times it was just a good way to relax at the end of the story.
