Date: Saturday, September 10th, 2011 18:31 (UTC)Next she greeted Bill and Fleur, somehow ending up with a bright-eyed strawberry blonde pixie in her arms.
“If you will keep her, I will help your mother,” said Fleur in her accented English.
Ginny nodded kissing the top of the baby’s head and Fleur hurried around the floo to the kitchen calling Mum’s name.
“Is that table wars I hear?” asked Bill her, sounding more excited than a thirty-four-year-old man ought.
She laughed and nodded.
He headed for the door and stopped. His immediate halt and successive grunt drew Ginny’s gaze from the baby in her arms to the cause of Bill’s reaction.
Draco leant in the doorway, arms crossed, watching, his eyes glued to Ginny and Victoire. The expression on his face sent a wave of love so strong over Ginny that tears rushed to her eyes.
Bill moved first, but stopped when he reached the doorway and Draco. “I know the feeling, mate. If you’re gonna look at my sister like that, you’re all right in my book.” Then he clapped Draco on the shoulder and continued out the door to join his brothers.
Draco reached Ginny, encircling her and the baby. “And who is this angel?”
Ginny wiggled her finger before pressing a soft kiss to the tiny hand clasped around it. “Bill and Fleur’s baby, Victoire. She’s four months old.”
“I want one.”
Ginny looked up at him, doe-eyed.
He rested his forehead on hers. “Yes, Ginny, I want to make babies and grow old with you. Don’t tell me you didn’t know. . . .” His voice was soft and low, for her ears only. His eyes caressed her face. His thumbs traced circles on her shoulders and sent shivers skittering along her spine. Victoire gurgled happily between them.
He leaned in to kiss Ginny. Her eyes swept closed and she lifted her face to meet him halfway.
“What the bloody hell is this? Get your bleeding hands off my sister and my niece.”
Ginny’s eyes flew open and she jerked back, looking at her brother. Draco jumped back at least a meter and eyed Ron warily.
“RON!”
No fewer than three people yelled at him, though Ginny wasn’t quite sure who. Victoire began to cry.
If Ginny’d had her wand handy, there’d have been some bogeys flying about the room.

Date: Saturday, September 10th, 2011 18:46 (UTC)The worst offenders are the ones Word doesn't know are errors; jack for Jack, tow for two, manger for manager, bread for beard, barley for barely. Other common misspellings I add to the auto-correct feature but when the errors are existing words, that isn't an option.

Date: Monday, September 12th, 2011 19:35 (UTC)(Actually, I am nearly incapable of typing "research" without first typing "reasea", realising, and then backspacing. YEARS of academic papers, and I still cannot get my fingers to type R-E-S without one or two goof-ups first.)
Oh, and I can't type "snap" without adding an E to the end. Thank you, HP addiction; you give me the weirdest typos!

Have nothing to share today :(
Oh my gosh there are so many words I misspell and it is nearly always small words too, I often type tbu instead of but. Having dyslexia does sometimes make writing harder but I always have my dictionary/thesaurus as well as the spellcheck on word. I also sometimes confuse the correct use of there/they're/their etc... too which really frustrates me.
