I've never been able to work off of quotes, though. Whether they're a famous quote, or a prompt in the form of a dialogue snippet, those never quite gel for me.

Am i supposed to use it as intertextuality? Capture the same themes? Go for the same atmosphere, same style? So i work better if the words are not already part of another work.)
