WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 12 -- Tuesday

Hello on Tuesday!  What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break

Tuesday Discussion:  Are you planning on participating in NaNoWriMo this year?  If so, how are you preparing for it?

I have not yet started my day, it's a bit busy later on but I am hoping to get some writing time in early on. Yesterday I did a bunch of writing! Not sure if any of it is good yet, we'll see when I go back to look at it, but getting the words out is what is important right now!

I am planning on participating in NaNo, currently doing some idea brainstorming and outlining to make sure my project is something I can work on consistently.

Yesterday didn't go well; it was a Monday, which isn't usually bad. My mother's siblings were here for the weekend, and we spent a lot of time with them.

Back to work today!

NoNoWriMo, even after outpacing it myself once spontaneously I never feel like committing. Hopefully by the first of the year things will have settled down enough for me that writing can be my main thing again. Yesterday was slow, but at least it was something -- here's to even more tonight.

I finished up the second draft of the last chapter of a WIP and got it posted! It feels good to have something DONE!

I was super struggling to figure out what to do with NaNoWriMo this year... I definitely don't want to skip it, though. I think I've settled on something to write, so now I just need to get a good outline done. Having a decent outline definitely helps me write, especially once I've got that daily wordcount to try and hit.
