WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 31 -- Sunday

Hello on Sunday!  What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice
       - I wrote
       - I did some planning and/or outlining
       - I did research and/or canon review
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Sunday Discussion:  It's a new writing week, and the last day of the current month.  How are you doing so far with meeting writing goals for the month?  Are you going to try to cram a bunch of writing in today or are you going to start fresh tomorrow?

I had a crazy week last week, and didn't check in once, I don't think -- so sorry for being absent! It was so busy I even cancelled some things to give myself breathing room, but I still didn't have time to finish up my writing goals for the month. I did manage some planning for my neglected WIP, but no fresh writing.

I am going to try to get going today with some actual writing and call it a fresh start today. It won't necessarily help my goals for October, but it will get me going in a good way for November!

Today is my break day, although I'll be shifting gears for Nano tomorrow.

As A report: I wanted to post the short stories I had written and edited, and write, edit, and post five more (I think it was five?). At any rate, I wanted to have 15 posted this month. I stalled out on the last one - I still need to get the edits in and post it. For all that? I'm actually really happy with how this challenge worked. Thank you so much for running it!

Taking a stab at some writing now, we'll see how it goes. I didn't write as many days as I would like this month, but my wip is in okay shape so I guess it's okay.
