Two somebodys were noticeably absent. She circled the staircase once more to ensure she hadn't missed them. She hadn't. “Where on earth have Ginny and Harry wandered off to?”

“I think they took the rubbish out, Mum,” offered Ron, followed by a soft, “Ouch.”

Molly looked back at Ron, who now rubbed the length of his thigh and was giving Hermione a confused look. Hermione didn’t seem to have moved, she just turned a page. Molly’s mother’s intuition now kicked into high gear.

Harry and Ginny had finally gotten together.

Of course. Ginny'd had feelings for Harry since she was a little girl. But Harry had never shown an interest in Ginny. Not that way. Had always treated her like a little sister.

The thought of them as a couple was just someplace she hadn't been prepared to go. She hadn’t wanted to think about it. In reality, had little reason to think about it. Until now.

All the little clues, the barely-could-be-called-a-clue clues, fell into place. “Right then,” she said and hurried, albeit quietly, toward the kitchen door.

Reading for me today, too! I had hoped to do a little writing, but just can't put myself into the proper frame of mind. 5 days off coming up, though - fingers crossed for some quiet time and the right mood to get some writing done!

got unstuck on a story I've been stuck for months on. It's the story I meant to be working on all month, too.

Ha - editing - yes its starting to become indistinguishable from writing for me. So I didn't notice the missing box. Well my story is whole but Im still not happy. The relaxed bigbang deadline is both a good and bad thing: I've decided I'm going to take the time it takes to be satisfied with it. I rushed over my last challenge and now daren't look at it. This one I want to be right.

I forgot to check in yesterday. >_< I did a little writing & then was too knackered to remember I hadn't commented. & hahaha, I just realized I indicated in today's poll that I wrote, but I didn't! I did my 750 Words but was too tired to make it fic, so just rambled. I really need to get more sleep during the week so I don't utterly crash out Friday nights. o_O

I feel okay about my goals for the month; I posted fic, one of which was a challenge due today, so that was good. My help_japan fic is still malingering, though. I worked on it this month, which is more than I've done for the past couple months. Maybe next month I can finish & post. :P

My week... has not been conducive to writing. >_> I managed to get the bare minimum daily stuff done, but that's about it. I kinda want to grumble about this unintentional rewrite, but the further I go with it, the more I realize that it's closer to the style I'm comfortable with and more what the fandom is used to? The way it's set up, there are some critical parts of the first draft I never completed that I can't seem to fit in, so I'll be boggling my mind over that for a while.

On the bright side, even though I didn't get a lot of writing done, I've more or less sorted out what's going to happen for ~2/3 of the story's A and B plot lines. Just have to get that tertiary thing worked out and tie everything together at the end!

Only able to get around 300 words of my Big Bang done, but POLITICAL TALK OVER, FINALLY. @_@ I actually had a hard time getting that last bit of political talk written and had rearranged the lines a couple times. Now with that out of the way, all I need to do now for this chapter is to wrap things up, which I should be able to do tomorrow.

Fan-writing has been out-of-sight, out-of-mind too long for me, but today I've actually been thinking about where I want to go with my story again.
