End of the regular-ish week. How's them fics going?

- Excellent! (I wrote today)

- Entertaining (I edited)

- Introspective (I considered a plot issue/something else that's bugging me abt the fic.)

- Interesting (I researched)

- Mellow. (I didn't write. If this is the case, please be gentle with yourself.)

I wrote! It was a fun scene, and I stopped right before a *really* fun reveal, so I have hope that tomorrow's writing will also go well.

I kind of did (almost) all the things, as it turns out -- wrote my words, started editing a chapter, thought about the plot progression (hence the editing), did some research. It was a bit tiring but it seems to be going well, so yay?

I've learned to accept that I tend to write in a nonlinear fashion, and by not fighting it I've made myself a bit more efficient (and less likely to be frustrated by not writing scenes in sequential order). So double yay?

Being able to figure out what works and doesn't work for us is deffo a double yays type of thing. ^__^
