- Writing won! (I did research or tried to figure out something that needed fixing in the story);

Bonus question: for Trope Tuesday, which is the second trope you tend to write the most often?

The match was canceled, unless taking notes at business meetings and writing emails counts, in which case I totally won!

I don't know if there is a trope for this, but I tend to write "character who dies in canon always survives in my stories."

Hmm, Idk if there's a specific word for that trope, but I totes get what you mean. XD.

The match was cancelled because I was in no mood for anything but getting annoyed and being annoyed? One of those weird days.

Mhmm, second most tropes. The one I can think of at the moment that likes to pop up often, is the hunter and the hunter pairing up. Mostly it's supernatural entities and humans, but once I did have a hitman and a policeman falling for each other, too.

Interesting! Especially how much it's tied to supernatural beings, etc.

I just like supernatural/mythical/fantastical beings, so anything I write has a fair chance to be either fantastical in it's source or becoming a fantastical AU. XD

I had to wrestle the number two on the card, i.e., I scribbled ideas for something else rather than work on current project.

According to AO3 stats my second most common Additional Tag is "Unrequited Love". This is of course entirely the fault of Faith/Buffy.

Ah, yeah, so much of Slayer Pride was all abt that unrequited love tag (back when I read fics for that ship.) :(

Rest assured there's no shame, but even when I write Faith happy with someone else, there's always that lingering regret about past sins and missed opportunities. It just seems natural ;)
