WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 24 -- Saturday

 Hello on Friday!  Looking back at the day today -- or yesterday, if today hasn't gotten going yet -- how did it go?

 

   - I thought about my fic once or twice

   - I wrote

   - I did some planning and/or research

   - I edited

   - I've sent my fic off to my beta

   - I posted today!

   - I'm taking a break

   - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

 

Looking forward, how are you planning to spend your weekend?

 

   - I'm going to make up for not writing all week by having a writing marathon

   - I'm going to keep writing at my current rate and see how it goes

   - I have other plans, but I might have time to get some writing in

   - I'm going to take a break from writing

I should have some writing time today but I am getting ready to travel, so at this point, the main writing related activity has been to be sure I have my writing files available and appropriate writing instruments like paper and pen in case there is no internet access! I probably won't get a writing marathon in this time around.

I’m at work, thinking about the plot, actively adding to my google doc of ideas, for my current WIP lol

I've finished the 1st draft for the ficwip 5k thingy. Whoohooo. It's 3976 words, so a lot of wiggle room for polishing descriptions and yet stay below 5k.

As for the weekend, at the moment I don't plan. Life is being weird and could just knock me out again, but I plan getting at least some more outlines for my ThanZag zine piece, so it's gonna be a drawing weekend, most likely.
