Hello on  wednesday!  How are things going in the world of fic?

Did you write?

   - Not yet!

If yes, what kind of writerly activity did you engage in?  How do you feel about it?
If no, what were the obstacles/situations that affected your writerly pursuits?  What will you do differently tomorrow to get more writing done?
If not yet, because the day hasn't gotten going yet, what kind of writing activity are you planning (or hoping) to accomplish?

I have not written anything, the week is turning out to be very busy with work related things and I am having trouble setting aside quiet thinking time to get back into my WIP. I hope I will be able to carve out some time tonight or tomorrow morning!

My WIP is moving along really well UNTIL yesterday when I went back and reread the first two chapters and can clearly see how I have gotten a bit off the development of my main character. AARGH. And I've been posting it as a WIP, so it's established. All I can do is insert an unplanned-for scene, probably a dream, that hearkens back to a few things mentioned in the first two chappies. Very frustrating and not sure how that happened.

Ugh, so annoying when that happens! I have had to deal with that, too. Here's hoping you can figure out a way to get back on track in a way that works with the story.

Thanks! I wish I had the ability to write the thing AND THEN post, but I don't. If I attempt that, I will lose interest pretty quickly.

I lost the piece of paper I was scribbling on, so I have to start my Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul fic from scratch.
