WIP Challenge Check-in, Day 16 -- Tuesday

Hello on Tuesday!  What kind of a writing day has it been so far today -- or if today hasn't gotten going yet, how did you fare yesterday?

       - I thought about my fic once or twice
       - I wrote
       - I did some planning and/or outlining
       - I did research and/or canon review
       - I edited
       - I've sent my fic off to my beta
       - I posted today!
       - I'm taking a break
       - I did something else that I'll talk about in a comment

Tuesday Discussion - Have you ever been asked to do a sequel for a story that you considered complete and never intended to continue?  How do you feel -- honored?  Annoyed?  Do such requests make you reconsider writing more?

I am home from work, trying to drum up some writing brain power to see if I can get anywhere with my WIP.

I had this happen to me when a reader suggested I write a sequel to a story that was just a one shot in my mind. I was honored, and started thinking about it, but to date it has not happened. But now it has a folder of its own on my computer for brainstorming and outlining purposes, so maybe someday...

Every time I'm asked about a sequel to one-shots I have a different reaction. Sometimes I'm flattered/honored, sometimes annoyed, sometimes I really do want to write more, but don't have the spoons, and sometimes I actually do write more in that storyverse.
