Another day, another chance to write! What did you do today?
- write
- plan
- sort stuff
- make a playlist
- edit
- something entirely else?
And here is a little question out of curiosity: How do you like to start a scene?

Date: Friday, December 23rd, 2022 05:19 (UTC)For me, I like to start scenes with something that sets the tone, whether it's a humorous line or something more serious. But I can't start writing until I know that first sentence.

Date: Friday, December 23rd, 2022 23:35 (UTC)I went back to check all the fics that I've got in progress to see how I started them and for most of them, I seem to start them off with descriptions of what the character is doing right then. And for some reason a description of whatever the weather is doing, but since in both stories, it's relevant to the plot maybe that's why. <__<
