It's Monday. For most of us, it's the day the week starts. That being so, it's an opportunity of sorts for a new beginning.
So how's the writing going today?
Did you write?
Edit?
Research?
Plan?
Send to beta?
Take a break?
Deal with other life things?
How do you feel about what you've done today?
I haven't done any writing yet, but it's only 10:30 for me. I've got time yet. I know where I need to start. At least, I think I do.
Today's discussion question-- When you write multiple stories with the same character(s), do you tend to use the same interpretation of them each time or do they vary enough that they seem very different versions of themselves? I know that I tend to have some core characteristics for each person that don't change, and, of course, canon is always there as a guide, but I often find myself thinking of Rheotaxis Yohji versus Torsion Yohji versus Snare Yohji (just as an example). A lot of the differences arise from events in the story, but there are some differences even at the beginning. Canon allows for different interpretations.
