Question of the Day

Does it help you to take deliberate break aka decide you will not be writing or thinking about writing for a day or two? Or are you more like me and end up most motivated on such days if you ever thought it was wise to try this?

I didn't write anything today on fic front.

I don't take deliberate break either, because if I'm left to that, I'll write nothing.
