Happy Monday, everyone! How's the writing coming along?
If you're feeling like a bit of discussion, why don't you tell us a little bit about how you get yourself in the mood to write fanfic. Do you review your canon, read other people's fic, talk about it with friends, or do something else?

Date: Monday, March 4th, 2013 21:31 (UTC)I tend to review canon and make a few notes as I'm watching so that I have reference points to keep me on track. When I'm trying out different pairings and new fandoms, I write a few test pieces, usually drabbles, that only stay in my notebook, just to see if I can write them.
I can't read other people's fic when I want to write.
